Das Doppelte Lottchen # 169

Beim doppelten Lottchen suchen Christine vom Kartenchaos und ich uns ein Stempel oder Stempelset o.ä. aus, das wir beide haben (da gibt es eine große Auswahl, weil wir beide den gleichen Stempelgeschmack haben). Wir entscheiden uns für eine weitere Vorgabe und basteln beide eine Karte u.ä., die dann sonntags um 16:00 Uhr gezeigt wird. Und dann staunen wir (und hoffentlich auch Ihr) wie ähnlich oder wie unterschiedlich die Karten geworden sind!

In dieser Woche durfte ich mir die Vorgaben wünschen und das ist dabei raus gekommen:

That means Christine vom Kartenchaos and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this set and another task.
Today I made a wish, and it is:

Vorgabe: Verwende was Textiles/ Use canvas

Was man nicht alles über die Jahre hortet. Auf der Suche nach einem Stück Stoff bin ich auf einige Bögen Buchbindeleinen gestoßen. Die sind bereits von hinten klebrig und relativ fest, so dass es gar nciht so sehr nach Stoff aussieht! Und auf dem Foto erst recht nicht! Ist es aber! Und zwar das karierte Stück ist mein textiles Element.
Are you a hoarder, too? I have to admit I am! I was searching for some canvas in my stash and found a few pieces of bookbinder's cloth. They are self adhesive and study, so they don't look a lot like canvas. And certainly not in the photo. But the piece of gingham is canvas, I swear!

Großer Release bei Create a Smile

Hach! Aaaah! Uuuh! Wow! Wunderbar! Was anderes fällt mir gar nicht mehr ein zum neuen Release von Create a Smile. Habt Ihr schon vorbei geschaut? So viele tolle Sachen sind wieder dabei!
Und was mich ganz besonders freut: Hintergrundstempel gibt es jetzt als Cling! Drei von den neuen vier habe ich für Tags benutzt. Tags - das sind meine anderen Lieblinge aus dem neuen Release - ganz geniale Tag-Stanzen und zwar (besonders cool) auch in ganz klein. Und dann gibt es noch die süßen Piraten-Koalas und das entzückende Unterwassergetier... Hach, ich könnte stundenlang weiter schwärmen, aber guckt es euch lieber selber an: auf dem Blog oder lieber gleich shoppen gehen!
Aaawww! Aaaah! Uuuh! Wow! Awesome! That's all I can say about the big new release over at Create a Smile. Have you seen it already? So many fantastic products!
And something I am especially happy about: Backgrounds as cling stamps. Three of the four new designs I used for my tags. Tags - that's another favorite of mine of the new release. Great tag dies, even very small ones. And then there are the cute pirate koalas and the underwater cretures... I could go on for hours but just see it for yourself on the blog or just go shopping.

Für die heutige Karte habe ich das Set Stars and Stripes von Sunny Studio Stamps verwendet. In diesem Set sind fünf verschieden große Sterne drin - perfekt um einen Hintergrund damit zu kreiieren und das habe ich auch getan.

There are five different sizes of stars in this set. Oh my, how I love this! These are great to create backgrounds and that's what I did.

Es ist serviert!

Wusstet Ihr schon, dass es eine Create a Smile Facebook Gruppe gibt? Dort ist es total nett und viele liebe Menschen treffen sich dort.
Im Moment gibt es dort eine Challenge, bei der man sogar etwas gewinnen kann. Christine hat dafür ein Mood Board gestaltet, das sehr inspirierend ist.
Did you know Create a Smile has a Facebook group? It is so much fun and a lot of nice and supportive people! At the moment there is a challenge going on with prizes! Christine created a mood board for the challenge and it is very inspiring.

Und mein Hippo serviert dazu Kaffee! Ist es nciht genial, wie der Kaffeebecher aus dem Set Coffee First aufs Tablett passt?
And hippo serves coffee. Isn't it perfect how the cup from the set Coffee first fits on the tablet?

Release bei Create a Smile

Hach, ist es nicht schön? Ein Monat ist um und schon zaubert Christine von Create a Smile wieder die allerschönsten Neuheiten aus dem Hut. Und dieser Release hat es mächtig in sich! Aber schaut einfach auf dem Blog vorbei und staunt auch über die tollen Beispiele vom Design Team.
Ich habe mit der GENIALEN neuen Danke-Stanze gespielt (und die gibt es wieder auf Deutsch und auf Englisch) und diese Karte gemacht.
