Geburtstagskarte mit einem besonderen Gutschein

Ein Kollege bat mich eine Geburtstagskarte für seine tochter zu machen. Sie hatte einen ganz besonderen Wunsch, nämlich einen Gutschein für eine Zahnprophylaxe. Also musste ich für diesen speziellen Wunsch eine Karte machen.
A colleague asked me to make a birthday card for his daughter! She had a very special wish: She wanted a voucher for a dental prophylaxis. So I had to make a card for the special request.

Schmonday Monday Surprise # 14

Dear international readers! Today there's no english version of this post. Please use the google translator on the sidebar.

Heute gibt es mal wieder einen Schmonday Monday. Lange lief der Schmonday ja so, dass Birka, Nicole und ich ein Thema festgelegt haben, dazu je zwei Karten gebastelt haben und diese dann an die zwei anderen verschickt haben. So sind wir über Monate in den Genuss von vielen süßen, tollen und grandiosen Karten gekommen.
Das war sehr schön, aber es gibt ja in der Stempelszene soooooo viele nette Menschen, die sich sicherlich auch über ein bisschen Post freuen. Da hatte Nikki die Idee, dieses Vergnügen jetzt mal zu teilen.  Der Schmonday läuft nun ein wenig anders: Es bleibt zwar dabei, dass sich eine von uns eine Vorgabe wünschen darf, aber jetzt darf sie zusätzlich eine liebe Freundin aussuchen, die von unseren Karten überrascht wird.

In dieser Runde durfte Nikki die Challenge und Überraschte aussuchen.

Chris ist die Ingenieurin unter den Kartenbastlerinnen, jedes Design wird genau durchdacht und sie kombiniert auf immer wieder faszinierende Weise Sets, bei denen ich nie gedacht hätte, dass sie zusammen passen. Heraus kommen wirklich die allerschönsten, cleversten und tollsten Karten. Und sie ist die Königin des Vellums.

Aber sie ist nicht nur eine unglaubliche Kartendesignerin, sondern auch einfach ein toller Mensch. Sie ist herzlich, hilfsbereit, sehr, sehr lustig und hat immer eine verrückte Geschichte zu erzählen!

Hier ist die Karte, die ich für Chris gemacht habe. Die Vorgaben von Nikki passten perfekt zu einem Set, von dem ich wusste, dass es Chris gern mag: Maverick von Hello Bluebird. Die Fotos sind übrigens von Chris, weil ich mal wieder vergessen habe, die Karte vor dem wegschicken zu knipsen. Ihr seht, sie ist auch noch eine tolle Kartenfotografin.

Und nun hüpft schnell weiter zu Birka und Nicole und bestaunt ihre Berge. Ich kann euch jetzt schon versprechen, dass Euch Großartiges erwartet.

Studio Katia Birthday Blog Hop

This is the second day of the super duper amazing Happy Birthday Blog Hop of Studio Katia! We are having a big party because Studio Katia is turning 3 and we are celebrating with a Blog Hop and a New Release.

This new release includes five new clear stamp sets and one set of coordinating dies, one new stand alone creative die, two new stencils and lots of new embellishments!
I made two cards using stamp sets and embellishment from the new release! And for both cards I went with a rainbow colour scheme - because we all love rainbows, don't we?

My first card features the super cute Kobi Makes a Wish with coordinating dies. I stamped the bear and all the accessoires in the set three times and coloured them in rainbow order! The background was made using watercolours and then I added a layer of vellum. The cute Speckled Sprinkles make amazing confetti on my card.

While the watercolours where still out I decided to use them on my second card, too. I stamped the ver y beautiful big birthday setiment from the set It's Your Birthday with Versafine inks multiple times and then heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. Over that I painted a big splash of rainbow. All that card needed to be finished were some super pretty sequins from the Pastel Rainbow Confetti mix.

Für meine heutige Karte habe ich VIELE verschiedene Lawn Fawn Stes benutzt. Was ich bei Lawn Fawn immer sehr gerne mag, dass man wirklich alle Sets so toll mischen kann!
Today's card is featuring A LOT of Lawn Fawn Sets.
What I really like about Lawn Fawn is that all the sets mix and match perfectly.

Ein Set Minikarten

Vor kurzem habe ich von den allerliebsten Stampinchicks das supersüße Set Spring Pals von Reverse Confetti bekommen. Sie haben es mit geschenkt, weil ich nciht aufhören konnte, über die kleine süße Ente in dem Set zu reden. Als ich das Set dann in den Händen hielt, habe ich mich auch in die restlichen Viecher verliebt. Also entschied ich, ein Kartenset mit allen zu machen.
Recently I got this super cute Spring Pals Stamps Set by Reverse Confetti from the very sweet Stampingchicks. They gave it to me because I couldn't stop raving about the cutest duck in the set. But when I held the set in my hands I fell in love with the other awesome critters in the set. 
I decided to give them all some love and make a mini set of cards.

Vatertagskarte

Zum Vatertag letzten Donnerstag habe ich diese Karte für meinen Vater gemacht. Ihr könnt daraus aber auch ganz einfach eine Karte für einen anderen Anlass machen, indem Ihr einen anderen Text verwendet.
Last Thursday was Father's Day over here in Germany. I made this card for my dad that you could easily change into a birthday card by chosing a different sentiment.
