Geburtstagskarte für Karin

Meine heutige Karte war von Kelly Latevola, und zwar von diesem Video, inspiriert! Die Technik heißt Water Colour Bleaching und sieht bei Kelly noch viel toller aus als auf meiner Karte.
Today's card was inspired by the amazing Kelly Latevola. The technique called watercolour bleaching I learned from her in this video.

Super Birthday Mouse

Ich brauchte eine besondere Geburtstagskarte, weil ich den Geburtstag von einer Stempelfreundin verpasst habe.

Weihnachten im August

Ist Euch schon aufgefallen, dass jetzt überall langsam die Weihnachtsstempel austauchen? Ich LIEBE es Weihnachtskarten zu machen - ich weiß, ich bin komisch! In den letzten Jahren habe ich das ganze Jahr durch in jedem Monat zwei Weihnachtskarten gemacht - und in diesem noch keine. Aber jetzt mit den Weihnachtsstempeln hier und da, habe ich Lust bekommen!
Have you realized Christmas stamps are peeking around the corners. I LOVE to make Christmas catds - I know, I am weird. In the last years I challenged myself to create two Christmas cards per month but this year I haven't made one till now. When I saw all these cute new Christmas stamps popping up I got in the mood to create one.

Regenbogenstadt

Heute habe ich wieder mal eine Regenbogenkarte für euch, denn Regenbogen machen ALLES besser. Um ehrlich zu sein: Wenn mir gar keine Ideen kommen, dann mache ich eine Regenbogen-Karte.
Today I have another rainbow card for you! Rainbows make anything better! In fact when I don't have an idea for a card I often make a rainbow card because you can't go wrong with raibow colours.

Geldgeschenke

Im Urlaub habe ich meine Schwester mit Familie getroffen. Drei meiner Neffen hatten im Frühling Geburtstag, hatten aber noch keine Geschenke bekommen. Neben ein paar anderen Kleinigkeiten sollten sie Geld bekommen (was schenkt man sonst Teenagern?). Um es etwas persönlicher zu gestalten, habe ich kleine Umschläge gebastelt.
When I was on vacation I met my sister and her family. My three nephews had birthday in spring. I haven't seen them for a long time so they didn't get their birthday presents yet. Besides some other presents the main gift was money (what else to give to teenage boys?). To personalize it a bit more I decide to create envelopes for the money.
