GD Reverse Confetti: Have a cool Birthday

Heute habe ich wieder eine Karte für euch mit den süßen Stempeln von Reverse Confetti. Und weil Sommer ist, ist es eine Eiscreme-Karte.

Die zwei Hunde, die sich ein Michshake teilen, sind einfach zu süß. Ich habe das Motiv mit einem hellen Stempelkissen gestempelt und dann mit Distress Ink reinkers in der No Line Technik coloriert.

Den Hintergrund hab ich mit Inkblending erstellt mit Stempelkissen in Pink, Lila und Türkis. Danach habe ich ein paar Tropfen Wasser drauf gespritzt, um diese gebleichte Flecken zu erhalten.

Den Text habe ich dann direkt auf dieses Papier in schwarz gestempelt.

Today I have another card for you featuring the super cute stamps by Reverse Confetti. And because it's summer I had to make a ice cream card.

These two dogs from Ice Cream Social are just too cute having a milk shake together. I stamped the image in a light ink and coloured them with Distress ink reinkers using the no line technique.

For the background I inkblended inks in pink, violet and turquoise and flicked some water on the paper to create these bleached splotches.

The sentiment is from the Ice Cream Social set as well and I stamped it directly onto to the panel with black ink.

I am so happy and honoured to be a guest designer for Reverse Confetti for May and June.
The (delayed) birthday release is now live in the shop! Treat yourself, there are so many fun and pretty new products.

And we are having a HUGE birthday hop with so many awesome designers.

I am so sorry to say that in these crazy times the stamps didn't arrive yet at my house. But Jen was so nice to give us the beautiful Friendly Rainbow as a digital stamp. You get the set as a freebie when you spend a minimum of $60 in the shop. Please note that the product links will not be active until release day/time.

I created this card using the Friendly Rainbow. I coloured the sentiment in pastel rainbow colours using alcohol marker. The rainbow and the clouds I kept simple and only added a little bit of shading in grey.

For the background I used the Stitched Rays Cover Panel.

For a little bit of colour I used the same markers as for the image and coloured stripes of white paper and cut them into a fish tail shape.

As a finishing touch I added some sequins.
